Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of items in their original conditions within 14 days of the initial order date. The item must be unworn and have all the original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for all shipping or other fees and costs in returning the items.

All sale items are final.
When will I receive my refund:
Allow 7-10 days from the day we receive your package for your return to be processed.
Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged.

We don’t currently do exchanges. If you’d like to exchange, just return your original item and place a new order through our website within 14 days of the initial order date as stated above.
We know you want your new LEMIZ bag as soon as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping options, which are calculated via USPS rates at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days, depending on our volume of business.
Next day orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day. If you place an order after 2pm EST on Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional shipping charges, customs duties & other taxes or fees upon delivery.
Shipping is not waived for international pre-orders that are split shipments. Payment will be collected when the item is ready to ship.
USPS Ground: 2-7 business days depending on location
USPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
USPS Next Day Air: 1 business day *including Saturdays
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If we are shipping to a general mail room in a building, you are solely responsible for receipt of the item once it is delivered to the general mail room.
We ship to every corner of the world. Please note that international shipping is not included on any order. At checkout, you will see options for DHL and USPS. Please note that there might be additional custom fees on importation payable by buyer.
US Shipping: We ship all items by USPS. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible if it is lost or stolen or unretrieved. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Items that are marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be remailed at customer’s cost after confirming correct mailing address.
